On March 26, 2008 we were notified by Europacific Growth Fund, Los Angeles, USA pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:
On 18 March 2008, the stake of Euopacific Growth Fund in the voting rights in Continental AG, Vahrenwalder Straße 9, 30165 Hannover, exceeded the threshold of 5%. On that date, Europacific Growth Fund held 5,018% in relation to all voting rights in Continental AG (voting rights arising from 8,115,282 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). Continental AG has issued ordinary shares only.
